What does the 1% apply to?
The value of each verified sale made through an approved creator's link — nothing else. It's charged on top of whatever commission you set for the creator, so your creator terms stay exactly what you offered.
Do creators pay anything?
No. Creators never pay to create a profile, apply to offers, or get paid out. The 1% is a platform fee on the brand side, and only when a sale happens.
Is there a setup fee or subscription?
No. Connecting your Shopify store, creating offers, and reviewing creator applications all cost nothing upfront. If nothing ever sells, you pay nothing.
When do you actually get paid the 1%?
Only after you've reviewed and confirmed the sale yourself. Nothing is billed on a click, a cart, or an unconfirmed order.
